I never experienced anything like this from a doctor office before, Im on high blood pressure medication before I started going to HB Medical in Waldorf well I missed my appointment and I run out of my medication, remind you now Im all updated with all my medicals appointment with HB, I then call to reschedule and the next appointment was in like a week so they refused to give me a refill for my blood pressure medication not even like 5 pills to last me until my appointment. The front desk ppl are very disrespectful dont know how to talk to people not helpful and rude. When you call for a supervisor they dont answer I decided to call my Insurance to complain and change Dr from Hampton to another Dr. If you love yourself I do not recommend you to put your health into HB medical office because remember this is our lives that they are messing .

I have been coming to this facility for years and unfortunately I have to give a negative review, but only on part! Over the years, the front desk staff has lost their enthusiasm of being in service! They do not greet you with a pleasant smile, you are rushed to give your information and its just, well dryas if they dont want to be there! Its very unwelcoming!!! It sets the tone for your visit and it doesnt look good, that the first person you see isnt inviting. Secondly, the wait once you are in the exam room is longer! Ive never understood how you as the patient, only have a 15 minute grace period, then your appointment is cancelled and you have to pay a fee. But you have to wait to see the provider when you are on time! And yes, I understand that sometimes they could be running behind. But not for every application. Beside, you know your schedule for the day, so give the same courtesy to us as you require, with a phone call or notice. Being called to be triaged is a breeze, shes always pleasant and cheerful! I would like to see it be like it was beforepleasant front desk staff and lesser wait time to see the physician!
