This was my first time at this Ledos since the change of management. The restaurant overall was much cleaner than with the previous management. When we arrived, the tables were clear of plates, silverware, napkins, trash etc as well as the booth and seats. The issue I have is the pizza itself. The sauce is different. Ledos sauce has a certain sweetness and what I had today did not taste the same. It tastes more tomato sauce like and has lost its sweetness. Also, the pizza crust has a bit of firmness. The pizza crust I'm used to was lighter in texture almost a little floury. Today was almost pita like. Lastly what I'm reading about the changes to this restaurant with the new management are a little disturbing. This no longer feels like a part of the community.

Pretty good experience. I have been here twice. The restaurant is clean and suitable to dine in. The cashiers are good, the younger latino girl is friendlier than the older one though. My only issue is the wait time. The cooks take a year to get your order finish and I'm not sure about their cleanliness. I have observed them standing around talking then getting to the order when they feel like it as opposed to swiftly preparing orders. I have also seen them do other things while in the back and I'm sure they aren't changing their gloves. The talking isn't an issue it's when it becomes priority over service.

This Ledo's use to be a favorite, I believe it's under new management, the quality and service has definitely gone down.
