Integrative Physicians

Generally my experience is very good. I see Rebecca Jabon. She is pleasant and professional. However I contracted COVID. Had a telephone visit with PA Abe. waste of time.. She talked very fast and refused to listen to what I had to say. I told her all she needed to do was to call CVS in Clinton they would veryify have taken it before. It is safe for me to take .Not only did she not call CVS. She never returned calls from CVS Very bad experience left me with fevers for another 12 hours. Terrible patient care

I have attempted 3 times to schedule an appointment and the call goes to rings until it goes to voice-mail with the mailbox full. I have also requested an appointment online and have not been called back. Come in for a visit and asked to come in an hour early. I check in and 30 minutes later get called back up to pay my copay. Noreen forgot to check me in.

Jasmin Richardson is my provider she takes her time asking questions about your health concerns,what ever your sickness she gets right to the bottom of it. Blood work other testes are her favorite to find out what is going on with you. You better tell her the truth about your sickness because she will send you in for blood work right away .

If I could give no stars I would. The revolving door front desk staff are very rude and passive aggressive. Unprofessional, eating at the desk in front of patients. Ever since Dr. Ramanan left its been complete and utter chaos. If a patient has a balance it is the office responsibility to communicate that . I was refused service today for a bill from 2022!! I have been seen since then, with co-pays collected. Furthermore if I have a balance why wasnt I told when I scheduled?! I scheduled my appt through the front desk, not the scheduling service. This office not only dropped the ball tremendously, but would not take accountability for it at all. Even the office manager was rude. They claimed to have mailed statements. But I havent received anything from their office. If I were you I would not waste your time here, no compassion. I work in the medical field and would always refer this office. Will never do that again. And if you are smart and care about your health you will seek care else where also. Lackadaisical staff makes the providers look bad.

P.A Jasmine Richardson..She is one of the best, caring and honest medical providers. Highly recommend her to anyone. Wouldnt change her for anyone!
