Took 2 hrs to get a tire rotate and oil change on a 2011 GMC Terrain...however the price for a synthetic blend oil change, 4 tire rotate, and they washed it was pretty good...check their website for service specials

Just went back for another oil change...When they were finished the service desk just handed me the keys and the charge sheet and pointed to the cashier. I asked for the 27 point check worksheet...I was told, "If there is something...wrong they fix it.." WTF? I said, well I would like to have it. The guy says I can email you one. Ok cool...A few hours later its in my email...And the form is completley blank, other than my name and vehicle type. On top of it all, when he said you are good to go, I didnt even ask about the back wiper blade...which I knew was frayed and missing before the inspection. I email him back and let him know that the form is blank, I still havent recieved a response. I dropped a customer card in the mail...nothing. I commute daily so I rely and trust on these inspections every 3 or 4 months so Im not the guy on the beltway with my hood up holding up traffic. Not saying it needed it but it wasn't washed, oil smudges all over the front end...Im pretty sure they didnt rotate my tires, my tire pressure system still shows the same level of tire pressure to what it was before the service... So disappointed. I have never had problems at previous chevy service centers...always top notch. I will never go back here

Very nice new lounge! Service Advisor was very clear on maintenance to be done, cost estimate and then provided periodic updates. Work was completed in a timely fashion. Great job!

My car has been in this shop 9 times since I purchased it back in February of 2013 , I only had it for 5 months. I have two small children and the car has broken down on us once already. I came to a dealership to purchase a car to avoid these problems. My family and I have had a rental car for about a month out of the five months we've had the car. This is putting strain on work, daycare and other things we do on a regular basic. I have tried to reach out to speak to the used car salesmen Mr. Williams about purchasing a different car, and I keep being pushed to the side. This is becoming a "BIG" issue to me and my family, our warranty is almost up and I wont be able to pay out of pocket for the repairs needed on this car.
