One heck of a selection of batteries and lights of all sources. If they don't have it on hand they will do everything possible to find something that will work til it comes in.

I have had numerous great experiences with this store, however I have been struggling to get a Key Fob for my 2004 Caddi. I initially ordered and was told I would be called when it came in. I forgot about it as my wife was driving the car normally. I waited a couple of months and remembered and called back. I was told the Fob that they got it(which they never called to say was in) was the wrong one. That manager advised he was ordering the correct one and would call me when it was in. I waited another month or so and called back and spoke with a manager who advised he would look into it when he got to the store and I should call him later in the day. I didn't do that because (life happens). I called back today and got a store Rep Joelle, who put a note on the managers desk for me. He will not be in until Monday, but Joelle saw no record of the fob being in the store. ALL OF THE STORE REPS ARE AWESOME and I am more patient that most any customer they have I am sure. I don't believe ranting and raving helps at all in these situations, but I do know what good customer svc is and they are missing the mark. I will call this store on Monday as I am sure the manager will not proactively call me and then I hope to have some resolution. Sincerely, Still Hopeful They Redeem Themselves
