Seemed to be a great experience. Prior to Covid I had reached out to help with my tax situation. That came to a halt due to COVID. Eventually we were able to get back to my tax situation and everything was progressing smoothly. Unfortunately once I paid for the service it has become increasingly difficult to receive a response in a timely matter in regards to my tax situation. Ive sent emails that are getting delayed responses. I have not received a receipt of services rendered or a copy of my filed tax return. This is my personal experience and Im not here to slander or degrade a business. We have bad experience with business and this is just an unfortunate experience that I have endured. The people seem genuine and friendly but trying to get follow up and responses has not been pleasant.

They have failed to stand by their word. I have contacted them on numerous occasions and they have emailed me saying they will contact me back. I have called them and the diversion is I apologize for the delay and Donna Hill is the only person that can help me and she will call me back. I allow the time stated and they fail to contact me at time they designated.

I have been using DMV Tristate for over 10yrs. I have Always experienced excellent customer service. I've always experienced knowledge of any and everything that I need to take care of when I had a small business. If I've forgotten to file a W-2 He always know how to take care of it. . Excellent customer service. I will recommend them to anybody. I have been recommending any and everybody to them. Wonderful place I'm always at peace. I know that my knees are well taken care of with knowledgeable people who know what they're doing. .
