I recommend HardRock Plumbing and Drains LLC to all my family, friends and business associates. I contacted Ralph Evans concerning the replacement of my toilet. I had no doubt who he was when he came to my home. He arrived within the window of time stated, dressed in uniform that displayed his name and the business name. He was very professional, polite efficient and my bathrooms were just as he found them. He removed all the trash and I ASKED me to inspect his work prior to him leaving to ensure my satisfaction!!
I will only use HardRock Plumbing & Drains for all my plumbing needs and refer them to anyone!

This business came via my warranty company. The plumber was carded to come the Friday between 8am-1pm, he never showed. I called at 2pm, he stated he did not have me on his schedule and was running a one man show so he would need to reschedule to the Monday because the warranty company is not open on weekends for approvals, that was a lie.
Then shows up wreaking of cigarette smoke 9am, Monday morning, I show him to the affected bathroom and outside main. He flushed the toilet, ran the water in the sink and said he could not replicate the problem, and it's time to pay the deductible. I called the warranty company in his presence which upset him, and when i told him I would just be paying the deductible in card and have the warranty company send a better qualified plumber, he said his card machine was broken and stormed out. Then had the nerve to call the warranty company to complain that I did not pay him when he left Sir, I told you before you went outside on your smoke break I was paying with card, get professional! I would not even speak on the verbal quote he tried to give me to snake the toilet . Service: Plumbing pipe repair

CHW Technician, Hard Rock Plumbing and Drain Services is the worst plumbing company in the world. I made an appt with them on Dec 9th, 2021, and it is 1/4/22 and they still have not come to my house to fix my water heater. When they answer, they tell you to call them back or they will call you back. They never call you back and when you call them, they do not answer unless you call from a different # other than your contact #. My husband and I took shifts in calling them from different phone #'s to reach someone. When they answer, they are unapologetic and rude about missing five appts in a row. Please never use them. We are still taking cold showers. It has been a month of them stringing us around, missing appts. repeatedly and they still have not showed up. We have now been reassigned to a different plumbing co.
