Smile Direct Club

Booked a slot last night and took my son in today at 2pm. Lauren was his SmileGuide and she completed his assessment in about a half hour. Their office space is in the rear of the CVS and very tiny but it is clean and organized, and we received professionalism across the board. Lauren was personable with my son and I, and knowledgeable of the entire process. Pricing is cheaper than braces and the length of time is shorter than the length of time needed for braces. I was so glad to find out that there was no credit check with the payment plan, which is a huge plus! Just $250 down and $85 per month. He’s chosen the night aligners (since teens don’t keep up with stuff). Although the night ones take 4 months longer it’s still a substantially shorter time than the braces. I’ve shared his code with two people so far and they’ll be receiving $100 off the price and we’ll get a $100 amazon gift card every time that code is used. I highly recommend and will post his before and after pics when the process is complete.

I went into CVS in upper Marlboro, which was very convenient for me, appointment booking was easy and their availability was quick on the spot. I spoke with Lisa who was friendly, professional, and opened the conversation with a smile. Lisa very very detailed and gave me everything I needed to know about smile direct. Lisa took my 3D scan and I was super comfortable. I recommend anyone to visit this location. I started my journey to get the smile I’ve always wanted.

Lisa was AMAZING! She made me feel extremely comfortable, answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. She made me feel right at home and explained everything thoroughly. She was also very approachable and easy to talk to. Great service..... I should have done it sooner!
