Morphe

First and foremost, I want to shout out to the entire Morphe team- Tenea, Brody and Adam!!! You guys are rock stars. I came in on 4.5.22 to use my gift card that I had gotten for Christmas. I wanted to purchase some new foundation. As usual when you enter, everyone greets you, and they don't pressure you or haggle you while browsing. Tenea came over to me to ask me if she could point me in the right direction, and indeed she did, along with the help of Brody and Adam of course. Tenea was so sweet to work with and we even talked about skin care prep which I never do since I do not wear makeup all the time. I was educated on the products and in the back of my mind, I was like there is no way I am buying these. I just want the foundation and maybe some more makeup brushes or another eye palette... Tenea showed me different foundations in warm and neutral tones, she even told me how to apply the products for best coverage. We used primers, powders, and she showed me various foundations in various shades, but we found one that I liked and was close to my skin tone. Once I picked out the items I wanted, Brody was asking me about my skin prep and advised that the products Tenea showed me would help combat the combination of oily to dry skin if used daily. So I bought the the cleanser, moisturizer, filter effect foundation (deep 34) and makeup brush. I feel like I can shop here without breaking the bank versus other makeup stores. I truly love shopping here. And I love that Tenea and I are Geminis and truly meshed. You guys have a customer for life. P.S. This morning, my face looked so good and dewey without makeup. I am convinced the cleanser and moisturizer worked their magic after one use.

I became familiar with Morphe from a dear friend who has been providing make-up tips. I have ordered mostly online until I discovered Morphe inside Towson Mall. My first trip was unfortunately put on pause because I forgot my wallet and was supposed to return. I felt really bad that I forgot my wallet and never returned when I said I would, due to an unforeseen mishap. I returned on 11/29/21 to pick up a few things for my next class. Brody (a rockstar) assisted me and managed to assist others in the process. I didn't quite catch the name of the young lady who processed my transaction; she was very polite and helpful. I took advantage of their sales/promos, which felt like a big steal! I bought some more brushes, makeup palette, and other makeup items. Brody was so knowledgeable and not pushy on making a sale! I left feeling so confident and impressed. What made me more intrigued was the way they handled a patron who was sampling the products.
