        Ever since they took over delivery of the NYT in the Cleveland, Ohio area its been a disaster. The Cleveland Plain Dealer used to do their deliveries and it usually went smoothly. Now its a litany of problems. Papers not delivered. Soaking wet papers whenever it rains. Papers not left in the requested location. I could go on but it seems useless.

        My package was stuck for 2 weeks then they just marked it as delivered when it never was. Waited a month for nothing. Customer service did respond quickly though, told me to contact the merchant I ordered from for further help. This was my first time getting a delivery from this company and I hope it will be the last

        THE SHABBIEST SERVICE EVER. THEY HAVE A MONOPOLY ON THE DELIVERY SERVICE AND THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!! WOULD'VE GIVEN THEM A MINUS RATING IF IT WERE AVAILABLE.
