El Rodeo Towson

Dinner menu and service are pretty good. Lunch is another story. My girlfriend and I decided to stop by for a quick lunch and grab something off the lunch menu. Her quesadillas were bland with a hint of ketchup flavoring; not to mention soggy. I decided on the Tamales with chicken. Turns out that by choosing chicken I was charged an extra $1.50 that wasn't indicated anywhere on the menu. I ended up paying $9.50 for a single Tamale that was slightly under cooked. Its a shame that this place seems to be hit and miss because we live within walking distance. We really wanted this place to be a winner.

Fairly good food, location, etc. Not thrilling or exciting, I've had better mexican food elsewhere but it wasn't a bad experience.

Went to El Rodeo for the first time tonight, and I was pleasantly surprised. I've been wishing for a Mexican place in Towson forever, and this place delivers. The chips and salsa are amazing, fresh, warm chips and very yummy salsa and plenty of it, it keeps coming! The fajitas were fresh and delicious, and the service was very warm and friendly. Will definitely make this a regular place from now on.

My first time at El rodeo was very fun. I was her on Cindo de Mayo, it was kind of hectic but I was sat right away. I guy with a mustache and a sombrero sat me and my family. My daught had a blast. Im allergic to gluten, so my order was difficult to pick from, but the waiter was very informative of what was on the menu and guided my to through their 65% gluten free menu. My daughter was given a Moracca and the whole staff sang her a song for her birthday. There was even a young mexican waiter who blew into some bull horn which topped everything off. It was sooo much fun. Im planning on bringing my work staff in with me of 24 employees. I highly reccommend this place to anyone who lives in the area.
