        I went in and there were no other customers in the branch and two free employees. They said that I would have to make an appointment in order for them to help me and come back another time. I have NEVER had to make an appointment at any other BOA branch to be helped before. And I’ve gone to some branches when they were swamped with customers. Even though this branch had two free employees and I was the only customer in there they refused to help me with my simple request. How can your bank refuse to help its customers? Like the other reviews say, they really don’t care about their customers.

        Stood in line for over 30 minutes, ended up leaving because i was so annoyed. There was one teller and one bank manager not helping while she pretends to do something on the computer meanwhile... the line kept growing.
