Hi, my name is Lisa. I am the server you are describing in this review. I apologize if our minute interaction has upset you. It was not my intention whatsoever to treat you any differently than I do any of my customers. I said hello when you walked in, and then as soon as I walked up to your table, you said you knew you weren’t supposed to sit at a dirty table, but asked me if I could please wipe it for you. I walked over and grabbed the sanitizing spray and wiped it down as requested. I did ask you what I could get you to drink to start, as I do every table. I apologize if I did not smile or come off as friendly. Again, that was not my intention whatsoever. I was concentrating on the task at hand. I did not have you pay for your drinks as I had assumed you were leaving for an emergency, or your displeasure of a dirty table. I had not even made it back to your table yet with said drinks. Please do not base your opinion on the restaurant based off of a two minute interaction with myself. Give us another try. You’re welcome to request a different server if you would prefer! Bollingers is a great restaurant, with very friendly staff. Give us a chance to change your mind.
