Cvs has been calling the Thurmont office for 2 weeks on a script refill. No response.. Out of meds for 3 weeks for sugar reduction.

I have been a patient for more than 20 years. I have never been anything less than completely satisfied with any part of my care. Same day appointments are normally available. Cannot recommend CMG highly enough.

I have already been in the HMO healthcare. If you prefer robots who are there for the paycheck, there you go. I much prefer the laid back PERSONAL attention I receive when I go there. Again cattle cars or deluxe personal attention?

If you are looking for a place to go to every few years, this place is fine. But if you want quality medical care, RUN as far away as possible. I was forced here after my doctor passed away. PA Aziz is an absolute joke. Went in for an appointment she contracted EVERYTHING I said. She doesn't listen to anything you say. She just wants the money. She never helped me when I saw her, only made everything worse. She ALWAYS got my meds wrong, even though they were RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. She never did follow up blood work even when I asked for it, many times. She wanted to put me on MORE antidepressants when I told her FIVE others made me suicidal and I was not comfortable with them and wouldn't touch them. So she told me I was unable to be helped. I'm also a recovering anorexic who FINALLY has hit a proper and healthy weight (less than 130lbs at 5'4") and she told me I was obese. I asked to never see her, and they told me I wasn't able to see anyone else in the practice. I left the facility. It's an absolute AWFUL place and a place that doesn't care for their patients. They just want money. It's terrible.
