        This is the only place I trust with my taxes. The customer service is very good and my taxes are filed in a timely manner. I'm always pleased with the dedication and time taken to explain what happens with my taxes each year. Professional, yet personable. Well worth the expense!

        Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience and in saying that I wouldn't recommend them for anything. I gave them our taxes on 18th of March and we haven't heard anything for almost 2wks and that's after I call them, and told them I was coming to pick up my tax papers. It almost makes me feel like their doing something with people stuff that they would hold them and not get back to the tax payers. I only went bc they were recommend but my experience was horrible. Skip tate, tate, tate, not good for our people. Signed Unfortunate
