Went here for a few years. Had a lovely pediatrician which was why I stayed. When she left and the gov't. raided them for medicaid fraud it went down hill. The owner is still there, although he don't have license to practice he running things and putting it in other doctors names. The staff is ignorant, rude disrespectful, and the Doctors I don't think are licensed. 1 doctor falls asleep in the middle of taken care of you, like really! All the good doctors are gone, they don't have professionalism, privacy or boundaries. My whole family left as well as church members! They are a JOKE here BEWARE! It's sad to see from the comments that nothing has changed! The owner actually uses other doctors of his culture to put the business name in and still runs it behind the scenes... scandalous! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE, HEALTH, STRENGTH!!!

I have been a patient here for over 20 years and it has suited my needs but lately things have gotten worse. I called to schedule an appointment and no one answers and the one time that someone did I think the office line was transferred to his cell. I'm not sure what's going on but I need my medical records so I can move on.

Short story: do not waste your time coming here. They wont respect appointments, dont seem to know how insurance works and fail to assign you to the right doctor for your concern. If I could give 0 stars I would. Long story: I booked an appointment for an annual skin screening with an NP at the group. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early because I was a new patient and anticipated intake forms. But the night before I uploaded photos of my ID and insurance cards to expedite the process. I sign in with my name, arrival time, appointment time and the physician I booked the appointment with. I give them my ID and insurance cards and they ask if I have an appointment- 1st red flag. Oh ok we just need to input your information into the system So now I sit down, fill out their intake form and wait to be seen. In the 20 minutes I was sitting I watched one patient leave after being told they didnt accept their insurance. They had been waiting since before my arrival so at least a half hour before being told they couldnt be seen. They were rightfully enraged for not being informed ahead of time, upon arrival, or before waiting so long. I then saw another patient be told they owed $200 for their appointment. They then remarked that every time they come here they bring a letter from their insurance company because this facility regularly attempts to overcharge. I then went up to the front desk to inquire about the status of my appointment. At this point were 20 minutes past my appointment time and theres no sign of being seen any time soon. I go up and then am asked for basic information like my phone number, address and email. What were they doing while I was sitting for a half hour? I then receive an email that my appointment has been scheduled for 2:40 with a different doctor. 40 minutes after my appointment??? Oh well the NP you booked with isnt here today. Why not tell me when I arrive?? Or better yet before I drove 20 min. I then ask what the actual wait would be to be seen. He goes to find out. While he inquires, I Google the new doctor and shes an OB/GYN. I ask him what is going on because I booked for a skin screening. Oh the NP you booked with is the only one who could see you for that. A total of 40 min later I leave enraged and without the screening I needed. Oh he also asked with my insurance card in hand what my copay was. Its literally on the card

Horrible experience. Took my toddler there as a trial. My appointment was for 2 they changed it to 3:30 without any notice. I had to call 3 times to even confirm my appointment. Showed up saw a nurse smoking and another nurse rolling up in a car. The whole place is outdated and worn down. The kicker was what they tried to charge me. $140 for my toddler and told me my co-pay was $40 but the visit was $100. I was so confused. Asked the nurse and even told her Ive never had to pay a co pay let alone a $100 visitor fee. Heres another kicker her reasoning was my policy stipulate $4000 worth of coverage. So someone/anyone please tell me what that has to do with their $100 fee let alone $40. Seems they are charging people so they can pocket the money because it for dang sure isnt going towards repairing the place. Never again.
