        I just made a quick stop there for a cup of coffee on my way home. I did not want to go through the Drive Thru because I wanted to put the cream and sugar in myself. So, I parked my car and walked inside. Everything went perfectly . Top gold star in each category as indicated above. Mc D's coffee is usually as good as what we make at home.

        Was passing though, had very easy access from highway, and had a pleasant experience. Great service: fast kitchen, attentive staff and accommodating management. I had problems with an app purchase and they were kind enough to price match;. Perfect for a McDonald's experience. Very clean as well.

        Ordered double cheeseburger that looked like it was stepped in. Also upcharged for a drink I didn't order and forgot to give us a happy meal. Fries were soggy too. This mcdonalds sucks.

        This McDonald's in Chester Plaza was recently remodeled. Used Drive-thru. Speaker volume poor. At window clerk advised a covering on his microphone, nice... Received food @ next window 2 DIET Cokes no where in sight Knocked on Drive-thru window Clerk wants to hand me someone else's Order. Need 2 DIET Cokes. My Lady says French Fries are cold. I ask for FRESH HOT FRIES ( is that not what was PAID for?) Clerk wants bag & Receipt? I am puzzled, hand over Receipt. She hands back (ear piece, music?) States Everything is in bag per Receipt. Uh huh but I state French Fries are cold!!! Her comment "BUMMER"!!! I PULL OVER, my Lady takes food back into McDonald's @ 12 Chester Plaza to Mngr(?) Joe ? He refunds $$$, he likes cold Fries? I work for a Food Delivery Service. When a McDonald's order is Received. It IS USUALLY from McDonald's on South SIDE of US50. AND JUST A SIDE NOTE - NEVER HEAR ANY MUSIC on South SIDE McDonald's either. MANAGEMENT that Trains THEIR EMPLOYEES & WORKS WITH !!! STANDS HEAD & SHOULDERS ABOVE ALL OTHERS TO EASY TO BLAME EMPLOYEES FIRE THE MANAGEMENT 1st !!!
