The first time they installed a door for me they did a good job. The next time I called them, they set up an appt time and stood me up. When I told them they had stood me up, they apologized then did it again.

Wheaton Door & Window Company replaced my old windows with double pane windows which helped cut down on outside noise and my energy bills. Staff was very professional and I love my windows.

From our first contact (Sharon) to completion of the installation of our new front door (Raoul and Carlos), our experience with Wheaton Door and Window was excellent. Yair and Joe, were great to deal with – knowledgeable and friendly. We were pleased with the product, process, and price (compared to a competitive quote) . We love our new door (have received many compliments) and can't speak more highly of the company.

They installed windows two years ago in my house and told me it has 10 years warranty,but when my window screen fell, I called them they told me window screen doesn't cover by warranty. I agree to buy new screen and order them. It took long time to get it. Every time I received the screen they send me bent and damaged one. That's why I changed my mind to go somewhere else for the window screen.I will never use this company any more. Lastly, the who helped me was not PROFESSONAL he is very rude.
