Innovative MOJO - Website Design

Eric and the entire team at Innovative MOJO are amazing!! I have built many websites over the years, and IM is by far the easiest to work with, with fast responses and quality work. We have a super luxury brand of skincare, TresMonet Skincare, and it is imperative that we have a website that is held to the same high standards of our products. The work that IM produces has always been spot on and perfectly executed. Eric is currently running 6 different websites for us; the designs are flawless and the functions are superb. I would without a doubt highly recommend Innovative MOJO for all of your website design needs.

Had an amazing experience with Eric and the team. They built a site for my music production company. I came over from Wix to WordPress and it was smooth and easy. They added a section for customers to download music and a section to add additional content for future projects. The team continues to service the site and when I need an update it's done fast. I would recommend them for sure.

We had an excellent experience working with the Innovative MOJO team on the design of our new website. The entire team was highly responsive and worked with us closely throughout the entire process to launch on an accelerated timeline. The overall site design exceeded our expectations and the team has continued to be helpful in addressing post-launch additions and fixes. We look forward to continuing to work with Innovative MOJO.

I came to innovative mojo with an emergency situation to get some sort of web presence up in 7-8 days. We also had our own design with examples, all of the images, content and logo. We told them from the beginning that we were under pressure and that if they felt that they could not do the work, they should let us know upfront. I let them know that many peoples' reputations were on the line with the project and that I needed to be careful to get a professional team, who really felt confident so that we would not lose even a day's more time. Eric could barely listen to me as I was trying to explain our concept for the site and continually interrupted asking technical questions more suited to his design team that I could not answer for him (e.g. How many pages would it take to do what I wanted for each feature?). At the end of it, he sent me examples of websites that were lightyears away from what I showed him (yes, I had examples of the site we wanted) and when we complained, he became condescending and claimed that there was something wrong with my ability to see even though I looked many times over what he sent, told him exactly why it was far from what we want our users to see and he continued insisting that we "just can't see it" instead of agreeing to send us what we were describing in some form: a sketch, anything, since he had claimed that he understood everything the night before. Now, granted I am an African-American woman and I have learned that no matter how polite we may be, it's NOT only White men who disrespect African-American women; so someone with another profile might not have the same experience here, but this was simply horribly disappointing and we lost another day......And an Black company has damaged another Black organization, but I will continue to strive to find others with more conscience and continue buying Black! The sellers comment is untrue below our review. He insisted until the last moment that he could give us exactly what we wanted until he refused to accept that what he had sent us was not what we had asked for.
