I bought a 2015 CR-V from Sam Cole who was a nice guy, but I have since been pretty disappointed. One month after driving off the lot, I had to replace the battery...I guess since it was the original battery, that was to be expected. I noticed there is a small crack on the driver's side windshield, but I should have looked more closely. Again, buyer beware. That was my fault for not taking a closer look. What really bugs me is that I bought the car almost two months ago and I still haven't gotten my tags. The temporary tags are about to expire, and although I have called and called, Sam isn't the best at calling me back. He keeps saying the guy that gets the tags isn't answering...any other salesman would think of another way of solving the problem instead of repeating the same method with no result. I plan to go in to get my tags or ask for the money I paid them to get the tags so I can take care of it myself. What started out as a good experience as a first time car buyer has turned into more of a hassle than I anticipated. Lesson learned.
