The staff at the Aspen hill store are always helpful especially katherine. I bought a new phone last year and I have a hard time getting use to it since because I had a old flip phone. I have been back to the store several times and katherine always is helpful. They always tell me to come back anytime when I need help. Sprint has always been my cell phone provider. The Sprint store in Aspen Hill is number one to me. Dolores

Never ever sign a contract with sprint. I have never been so abused.Right now, I feel like I can die! I am so upset and I am leaving this company for good . Never ever. I have never felt so tortured . Every 6 weeks I realized my bill had gone up by $100. I had to stay on the phone for 2-3 hours. I discussed and made new arrangements just to have them ignored or unacknowledged by the next representative one month after. Each representative you speak with is totally ignorant about what you spoke with the previous representative.It feels like they pretend they are changing stuff in the system to give you credits to make you happy when actually their system records nothing. This is the scam. You have to come to them every month to solve the same problem. I feel so hurt. I call sprint the “dementia scamming company.”I repeat, never ever sign a contract with this company, they bump your bill and call it “government taxes.” So many people from India pretending to be looking at a system. If they could make changes, why do the changes never save? Big scam!
