This review is long overdue. I hired ABS because they contract with my condo association. I had no other choice but to use them. I should have questioned their quality of work from the first time that the workman walked in to give me an assessment. He had no idea what he was taking about but I gave him a chance anyway. A few days later he shows up to do the job and is 3 hours late. He finally starts to work and doesn’t have the correct parts. He had to return two more times to finish it. This resulted in them charging me TWICE the quoted amount. When I spoke with the customer service rep she tried to gaslight me into thinking this was my issue that it took him more visits than expected. After taking with my association again I was told that most of the people who hire these folks only do so because they have to because their condo boards contract out with them. Do yourself a favor and do not hire them. My condo is now trying to explore terminating their contract.

Gary Ross & Advanced Building Services did an outstanding job replacing our multi-level roof. Gary was instrumental in getting our insurance claim to go through with our homeowner's insurance company. ABS was also quite helpful in working with us & Leaf Filter (gutters) to maintain our warranty & work around Leaf Filters schedule.Upon completion of the roofing job, we hired them to replace our gutters and fascia where necessary.
