Replaced turkey used in turkey burgers. Mushy. Wasn't cooked well after stating that I wanted it well done. Even smelled uncooked. Update: August 21, 2020. Daughter and I have come in weekly for the past 6 weeks. My daughter orders the kid's cheeseburger but with Turkey as a substitute. This is what she orders 95% of the time, even pre-pandemic. We came here for her 9th birthday back in February and she had a KID'S TURKEY BURGER! My bill comes back with a $2.99 "Burger Sub". No one EVER told me about a substitute charge or have I ever been charged. This is posted nowhere on kids or regular menu!!! Well, when I spoke with the female manager, she acknowledged seeing us before but doesn't recall us substituting. She also refused to take off the $2.99 extra fee. On the regular menu the Turkey burger IS NOT $2.99 MORE THAN THE REGULAR BURGER AND THE MENU SAYS $.99 to add cheese. Lady, we don't eat red meat and you are not always the manager on duty when we come! I spend over $30 each time but let my child know Eggspectation Silver Spring LOST A CUSTOMER! THANKS TO LADY GM WITH BLACK HAIR. It was all about how this was handled. State there is an upcharge and don't come back to me like I am lying about what we 95% of the time order.

I love this place especially in the warmer months! The area is so nice!! This place has yummy french toast, and their potatoes are so good. I haven't had anything that I don't like yet. the plate furthest away was New Orleans style eggs Benedict over polenta. soooooo yummy

It was my favorite restaurant of all places in downtown Silver Spring! I am so sad to see them go. I hope they come back!
