Can't say enough !! We had a great experience with the Thompson Company. They provided excellent services which included decorative staging and recommendations for repairs to create a quicker sales cycle. Also provided excellent references for Septic work that was mandatory for the sale. Everything went as planned and we highly recommend this team.

Well - there aren't enough words to describe how amazing Thompson Company Realtors® is! My husband and I bought our first home last year during the middle of a pandemic - so, that was crazy!! But, thanks to using Thompson Company, the process of buying our first home was super smooth and easy. We had some last minute kinks come up in the process and we thought we may not be able to settle on time but Thompson Company flawlessly worked out the kinks just in time! We settled and Thompson Company showed up to our house after settlement with celebratory balloons and champagne! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Cherie Conrad and Andrea Bedard with Thompson Company REALTORS are an amazing duo in real estate! They are incredibly knowledgeable and so professional! Andrea addresses every detail of the sale process and Cherie calms any stress of those details. They beautifully staged my home, negotiated an amazing sale price (dealing with a somewhat challenging buyers agent), and then took us all the way to settlement. The clear to close included numerous emails, calls, reminders, and just good, sensible communication along the way with the inspector and contractors, the buyers agent and mortgage company (with its several departments) and the title company. I really cannot imagine anyone doing a better job than them!
