        My training with Elin, after experiencing other trainers, was excellent. The 4STM approach prevents you from getting bored with the same exercises and allows you to build on your accomplishments. Most important, Elin has the background and knowledge to create individualized programs that incorporate any special accommodation needed by an individual. All of the staff have received intensive training in the methods used in the 4STM program.
