GW Primary Care - Silver Spring

I echo other reviewers' frustrations with Google continuing to list the poor reviews for Cameron Medical Group on the business page for GW Primary Care. My experience with GW and this team/office in particular has been fantastic. The doctors, nurses, and physician's assistants are all wonderful. I feel like they listen to me, take my health concerns seriously, and are always joyous and kind in our interactions. I never have an issue booking an appointment when I need one. I recommend them highly!

The staff are always very busy and can come off as a bit short, but this practice is very solid. They follow up and come through for their patients and they get the job done. The doctors and nurses and administrative staff are extremely competent, and when they say they will do something they do it. I have no complaints. They are good people. I recommend this practice.

Was able to get a next day, new patient appointment with a great NP. Very nice front desk and nurses. Checked in, had a physical, and two separate tests all done within an hour. Thank you all!

From my understanding, this used to be under Cameron Medical Group and has been taken over by GW Primary Care a few years ago. As youll see from other reviews, theyre from many years back and are referencing Cameron Medical Group. I wish Google Maps would revise the reviews since those 1-star posts are referring to a place that no longer exists. I went to GW Primary Care of Silver Spring and I had a positive experience. I made my appointment online and it was fast, there was availability the following week. I went to see Dr. Kelly Bates and she was wonderful. She genuinely listened to my concerns and had excellent bedside manners. The other staff were also good, no one was rude or pushy. Everyone I interacted with (4 people total) were all cordial and welcoming. There was essentially no wait time since I was the only person there. The place was clean and it was conveniently located in Downtown Silver Spring, a few minutes from the metro station. Theres also a bus stop directly in front of the building. The building itself is a bit outdated, but the GW clinic was well maintained.
