Turn Bluu Massage

I’ve had a Groupon voucher for months and no one picks up for me to book an appointment. I’m not impressed at all. Horrible service and I want my money back.

I was a loyal customer of this establishment. My appointments were always with the owner and i made sure to try and help out because i knew he was struggling. I was notified on June 6th they would be going out of business and that I would be receiving a partial refund for the pre-paid massages I had purchased. I had 14 left on the books. To date I have not received any of my money back. My correspondence is no longer being answered. Anyone else having this issue? I’m ready to take this to small claims.

To echo many other people, this place is the worst at communication- I got one massage then prepaid for a package of 3 massage- it took me forever to reach them to schedule 1 massage of the 3 and now I haven’t been able to reach them to schedule the other 2 ! Phone is never answered and voicemail is always full. Massage was okay, I have had so much better. I was happy to be supporting local business but after (if I ever get to) I get my 2 already paid for massages, I will not be using this business again. If you are looking for a good massage place, W day spa in Rockville is very good and affordable. Space is tiny and not the fanciest but they do an amazing job. Would have loved to support turn bluu but if you don’t value my time and money, goodbye.

After leaving a voicemail the first time I called someone called me back to schedule my appointment. However; when I arrived for my massage there was a sign on the door claiming they were experiencing an emergency and were closed 😳 but no one notified me. Now it is two weeks later and no one has contacted me and I have not been able to get anyone on the phone to reschedule or leave a voicemail because the box is full. I was gifted this massage for my birthday and am finding it miserable to work with this company.

Like other customers below,I had a scheduled appointment, arranged childcare, took off work, paid for parking and got to their door to find a hand written sign saying "closed for emergency." No call. No one picking up their phone. Full voicemail box . Clearly they do this all the time for people who pay in advance. This is a racket that should be investigated.super sketchy business.
