        I was stranded for 3 hours when I was initially promised a short 30 minute wait. This is the entire reason why I paid 143 dollars upfront and did not call anyone else. I asked for a partial refund for the terrible inconvenience and for the deception because the first locksmith was not notified to assist me so the wait was pointless and I was not updated at all. Never using this company again I only received a 14 dollar refund!!!
