I had the same voucher-related problems everyone else is complaining about.  Additionally, there were some fees (baggage, early-morning) that had not been mentioned in the voucher. Got the voucher refunded and ordered and Uber.

11/16/2013. I reserved a town car--a week in advance--for a ride home from BWI after a red eye flight. The driver went to my house in the district instead. The limo service refused to pay for a cab for me to get home. They promised the owner would call me. The owner never called. I would never use a company with customer service this poor. What a horrible, horrible experience. The cab cost me $90, and a lot of stress and heartache.

I recently bought an Amazon Local deal for them and had great success. Our driver was on time and pleasant. I was nervous because I read the Yelp reviews AFTER I had already bought the voucher but everything worked out great. I would definitely use them again and wish I had bought more than one voucher.

Terrible customer service.  We purchased a voucher for Elite and ended up having it refunded through the company that sold the voucher.  What they consider customer service is what I consider a nightmare.  They kept trying to tack on additional fees that were not listed in the terms of the voucher.  So glad we were able to get our money back.

Bought their voucher through Amazon Local. I booked a reservation and got an email asking for my credit card information because they needed to charge me for tolls. Something that was NOT included under the fees listed in the voucher. I also found it incredibly sketchy that they were asking me to give them my credit card information by phone. I immediately contacted Amazon and got a refund and then called to cancel. I'm so glad I didn't give them my credit card information now after reading some of these reviews! Shady shady!
