Marisa Alonso: Allstate Insurance

I too have discovered in attempting to call the agent that her agency is closed. The main Allstate CS told me that her book of business may have been sold and if so the new agent would contact us. After 31 years of being with Allstate with several agents, I went online to get bids on insurance. I discovered that Allstate is the most expensive in MD for basic coverages. I went to Geico and Im going to save $1,000 a year! Goodbye Allstate.

My newly purchased condo flooded a few weeks after I moved in. Marisa and her team did not only help me through the claim process but they went above and beyond what I ever imagined was the role of an insurance agency. Have been trying to communicate with this local agent who is unresponsive. Phone number is rerouted to connect after one ring to main customer service. Currently in the process of seeking other insurances after seven years. Poor service is starting to be a reflection of the even poorer policy they are offering.
