The front desk lady is SO RUDE! When I called to make an appointment her tone was like she could care less. I arrived for my appointment and once again she was rude, had a nasty attitude and incompetent. Ive never been to a doctors office and treated with such horrible customer service. She needs to be replaced because obviously she doesnt care for the doctors patients. SMH

Dont waste your time and money in here. This place was incorrect and incomplete my form for the USCIS. We came here and already submitted all of required documents for I-585 form. However, this place was messed and missed our information. Now our case was requested more information and correction. Of course, this place doesnt cheap at all.

Princess is the most incompetent, rude, and unreliable person I have ever come in contact with at any doctors office in my life. I just drove my girlfriend 2 hours one way to see Dr bennet. For an appointment and after getting here at 2 o clock NO ONE WAS EVEN HERE!! NO ONE EVEN ANSWERED THE PHONE!! Im told the doctor is great but this kind of nonsense is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I hope the doctor reads this so he can protect his practice and get rid of her. Now shes out of her meds and has no idea when she will be able to see her doctor. THANKS PRINCESS .

If I could give this clinic 0 starts, I totally would, and it has nothing to do with the quality of service Dr. Bennett offers. I have to agree with the other reviewers, the receptionist is rude and incompetent. I have never come across someone as incompetent and misleading in my entire professional career. I was given an incorrect service fee after I had called three times to make sure I was given the correct fee -- because they only accept cash, money order, or check (so I needed to have the right amount). Got there, I was given a completely different fee, called the receptionist incompetent. She of course got defensive, called me "rude" --great way to treat a paying customer. After the service was given, went back to get the result, behold a different fee, I had to pay + $145 more....Had to speak to the Dr. at that point, I had no time to deal with incompetence. Take your business else where.
