I have been using Complete Pest Solutions for my 120-year-old row house in DC and I highly recommend them. We had a dreadful infestation that started when the weather began to turn. The mice had taken over our kitchen and it was very disgusting. Muhammed came over and investigated and left bait in strategic places and gave us great advice for keeping them at bay. He's been by for three treatments now and it seems to be working! We've found two dead mice, and haven't seen any droppings in a week.

I was very happy when I found this company initially. I was told that based on my home, I would need to sign a six month contract and I was very hesitant and expressed my concerns. I was reassured that this was what my home needed. The contract is a scam and I didnt need six months. I found and disposed of the pest in my home ON MY OWN using my own traps. Their treatment is not helpful. Yet they continue to demand I pay for this unnecessary check that hasnt changed anything. Nothing would have changed in my home if I didnt go to Home Depot and buy mouse traps. They honestly are just a subscription service that doesnt care about your home. The ONLY goal is securing a contract. Wish I could go back in time and never use them. What a waste.
