These guys are reliable, trustworthy and nothing but great quality work! We are in the process of remodeling our entire home with a new baby, a dog, and blended family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We had water backup into our walkout basement due to a blocked storm drain. Before finding MnM, we had already received a few estimates. I became frustrated with the other companies because they kept leaving out obvious repairs in the estimate, thinking that if we accepted them, they could come back and charge more for little things that were "unaccounted for". MnM came highly recommended on the Neighborhood app by other persons in the area. First, everything was accounted for in the estimate. We did not have to do a bunch of back and forth and negotiating. Second, they communicated every step of the way. I liked being able to talk directly to the people I would be working with. Third, Judy understood my design vision and was able to offer suggestions I had not considered. Lastly, Mike and his partner did the work efficiently and top notch!look forward to working with them on other projects in our home!

MnM Contractors provided exceptional services recently when we hired them to renovate our 75-year old basement. They are a small, family-run company that strives to work closely with the homeowner in every aspect of the project from demolition to final touches such as decorating options. The long-overdue renovation was expertly handled, from the tearing up of the old, broken linoleum floor, gutting of the decrepit bathroom, and removal of paneling in the TV room as well as the ceiling tiles. Within a couple of weeks we had brand new wood flooring, impeccably prepped and freshly painted walls, a reconfigured bathroom with sparkling shower, and the old ceiling in the TV room had been replaced with modern recessed lighting. The change was dramatic to say the least. Mike literally can do anything, and whatever we asked for he delivered. He showed up promptly every morning and worked until he had reached his goal for the day. Communication was excellent. Judy coordinated with him as well as a subcontractor when the electrical system had to be upgraded. She also helped choose the paint colors as well as the bathroom fixtures. When the main project was completed, we decided to have Mike replace the water pipes due to their age and chronic pinhole leaks that plague houses of this generation. He also installed a new set tub, and laundry hoses were all replaced with new ones along with spigots that allow us to turn off (from the inside) the outside hose bibs. He also was able to direct the washing machine to empty into the waste line, eliminating the chance of overflow from the set tub. We were impressed with the scheduling of our project; time was allotted in advance and we were not squeezed in or bundled with other jobs. Excited to say we will be tacking a kitchen renovation next and everyone is on board with some amazing ideas. We couldn't be more satisfied.
