TAKAM carpet cleaning & Water Damage Restoration

I had an incident with my carpet flooring getting soiled. I contacted Cedric and he came home within a couple of hours, and cleaned it perfectly. My carpet looks good as new! I was very pleased with their responsiveness and promptness in helping out their customers. Cedric was very professional and right on time. He did a great job and at a fair price! Takam cleaned the carpet in my entire house. I have children and I thought the carpet was completely ruined. Cedric brought them back to life! The carpet looks brand new! I was shocked at how clean he was able to get them after they were so dark and stained. He took his time and even moved furniture to cover the entire area. I will only use Takam for my carpet cleaning services from here on.

Would definitely recommend Cedric at Takam for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. We had a great experience from start to finish! He was quick to respond to my request for a quote and came soon after the initial visit to start the job. He always kept us updated about his arrival time and was punctual. We had several rooms of carpet, two couches, and eight area rugs for him to clean. His prices were reasonable and he was very meticulous with the job. Everything looked and smelled brand new when he was done! We will use him again in the future and you should too!

If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would! I had a new sofa sectional delivered to my place last week and it had many stains and marks during delivery. I was so upset and figured that it was going to be very difficult for the stains to be removed because of the fabric and how deep and dark some of the stains were. I did file a claim with whom the section was protected, but it was going to take time to hear back from them. So I decided to contact TAKAM and agreed to meet today. Cedric came this morning and was a godsend!!! He analyzed the stains and then knew how to tackle them. He came with his equipment and was able to remove the stains! It was like a miracle and was shocked at how brand new my sectional looked. Cedric was able to remove other stains that I noticed later without question and it was the same result. Cedric was even kind enough to give me some of the product he used as well as some towels in the event I had an issue. I am beyond thrilled of the service that was done and am very happy to have contacted Cedric. He's very knowledgeable and also gave me advice about rugs and carpeting.
