O'Neill Stairlifts

I wholeheartedly recommend O’Neill Stairlifts. Tom O’Neill came this morning to my parents’ home in Vienna to install a lift so that my elderly parents could go safely from the main floor to the basement and back again. Tom installed a new lift in a matter of hours and even reinforced the existing handrail which had been improperly installed. He took the time to have my mom try it out and explained how everything worked. Tom answered all of our questions and was very down-to-earth, telling us to call him if we had any issues. Everything was done at a fair price, and we are extremely happy with our decision. If you need a stairlift for your loved one, O’Neill Stairlifts will not disappoint you. Thank you, Tom!!

Great experience, all around! Easy to get a quality estimate, excellent installation - on time, quick, solid. And Tom had infinite patience explaining how it works, how it sometimes doesn't work, and absolutely anything else my father in law wanted to talk about (which was a whole lot of stuff =) ) Thanks Tom!!!

Tom O'Neil is a really good guy. He is also a skilled craftsman...an artisan from back before there were stairlifts when his trade was in elevators, and with a 100% work ethic, he also has saved us money. Our problem was my stairlift, which depending on its mood of the day, abruptly stopped between floors and only with great effort could it be coaxed 1/2 step by step to reach either the top or bottom levels. We tried calling for rescue from other contractors, but upon learning that our chair is the once popular, now out of business, British-made Medi Tek, they either hung up or refused to call back; preferring not even to try repair, but to sell new. So, we found O'Neill Stairlifts on the web. Tom arrived with his toolbox and an assistant whom he mentors, and went to work, tinkering, listening to components that were speaking to him. He cleaned the chair's rail, polished the contacts, checked the seams where things come together and took it's pulse. He rode up and down, asking questions and talked of energy loops. Then Tom said, "Your chair is dangerously loose." I had feared that it might throw me in a flash. Mr. O'Neill fixed everything perfectly.
