My review is based on interactions with the office staff. If you're looking for a facility review, read another review.
I have dealt with many leasing agents in my day, but I have never encountered one as approachable, diligent, caring and just overall as helpful as Olivia.
During the process of moving out, my parent had to jump through quite a number of hurdles due to their Housing Assistance program. If anyone is familiar with this, you know that even in the best of circumstances calling it a hassle is an understatement. Due to the pandemic and probably other factors, we had the worst experience dealing with Housing Assistance. HOWEVER- Olivia not only heard the story and read the emails I had received, but acted as an advocate and helped smooth over every single obstacle I faced.
This woman deserves a raise. Or better yet, she needs to run the place.
