Not too much I can add to the conversation of stellar reviews for Gold Key Home Inspections (Gold Key). But, please allow me a moment to indulge and add my $0.02. I met Bob a few weeks after he conducted a home inspection for the buyers of the home I was selling. Gold Key's thorough inspection, and report, was so impressive that I hired them to conduct an inspection on a home I recently purchased. First, Bob knows his craft. Second, he is patient and kind, when it comes to explaining the lay of the land in your new home. Unparalleled customer service. And lastly, Bob is an all around awesome guy, at some point the conversation naturally shifted to music, road trips, and finding Zen moments while maintaining your new home's pool. If that isn't a ringing endorsement. :)

Bob made the house inspection process pleasant! I knew what to expect because Bob informed me of each phase of the process before he completed it. He explained things in terms in which it was easy to understand. It was evident that he is knowledgeable in this area. Bob’s report was detailed and accurate. He also contacted me after the report was complete to check to see if I had questions. I was pleased with the service that was provided by Bob at Gold Key Home Inspections!

Bob did a phenomenal job on our inspection. He was friendly, easy-going, and very detailed. As first time home buyers, Bob made us comfortable and answered any questions we had. I would recommend Gold Key Home Inspections to any home buyer in the Baltimore area.

Bob provides a fantastic home inspection service. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his craft and was helpful throughout the entire process, including being very responsive to follow up questions post inspection.
