1st impression is that when you walk in your in a 3rd world clinic ran be the cheapest dentist group on the plant. My appt was for 11:00am. Filled out 5 paper forms on a clip board. Only to have to walkout after 45 minutes of being ignored. I was told by staff there that they were the only ones that took Dental Quest insurance on Delmarva. That is not true. Find someone else to go to for your dental health care.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was rude to me on the phone and ‘assured me’ that the issue I was having with my background check was my and my agency’s fault. They refused to call my agency and would only email “which will take a few business days.” They never contacted me saying that they heard from my agency or tried contact them in any way other than email. My agency is a big company and doesn’t have time for this nonsense... When I said I would be going elsewhere they got hostile and said “nothing will change if you go somewhere else.” Thanks for the advice... I was able to get a background check in half the time and my agency received it in 3 days. I recommend Thomas Security in sby over bay shore in a heartbeat. DO NOT GO HERE

Terrible place. The director is weird and rude. The place is disorganized. Employees are overwhelmed and underpaid. I feel bad for the decent people working there. You can see the low morale because good employees get treated like dirt. High turnover.

They are rude to employees and are crooks! I wouldn't put my child or any family member in their programs
