Intelligent Office is an amazing resource! I wish I had found them sooner. I just had a client say, "Did you get a new receptionist? She's wonderful." That's all I needed to hear to know that I made the right decision in switching to Intelligent Office. Highly recommend!

We have been here for about three years now and are totally satisfied. Staff is friendly, professional and always willing to help. Office space is open, bright and airy. Good location, plus easy parking.

It's such a pleasure working with the staff at the Rockville IO office. We've been members for more than a decade. We frequently use this location to meet with clients. The staff makes our clients feel welcome and comfortable. The support the staff offers is beyond AMAZING. Rockville IO is an important extension of our business. They are much appreciated.

Boutique, white glove If you were to apply these principles to executive suites, you would have IO Rockville. Intelligent Office is not just a place to set up a desk and work. Manager Leslie Keenan has been able to take her character (warm, generous, meticulous), and inject it into the culture and atmosphere of IO. I often see staff members being coached in their greetings and reception of clients, and in care of the facilities in such things as re-cleaning and prepping white boards in conference rooms before meetings. No detail is overlooked. In my years working in New York and Miami, I noticed that certain places where I worked seemed to bring the best out of me. It was something about the atmosphere, and the people I was surrounded by and their attitudes, that drove me and inspired me to do my best work. I think that, as small business owners we often dont think hard about the variables that really matter in our work space. Is it the square footage? Is it the view? Or is it something else? IO Rockville is the only place Ive found in Maryland that had that effect on me. I gladly would have worked there for the next 20 years, and it is with great sadness that I leave. The last thing I want to say is not really about IO directly, but I cannot leave a review of IO without mentioning the amazing maintenance & cleaning staff of 1 Research Court. Every bathroom on every floor is spotless. I have never seen public/shared bathrooms so clean and they maintain them everyday.
