Very dishonest business. We need to be able to rate businesses NEGATIVE stars so I could give them -10 stars. They charge you for lessons you don't authorize and then when you call to get the charged reverse they have nothing but excuses as to why they can't reverse it. After 4 days of trying I just called my CC company to have the charge removed. I spoke with the lead manager Alex @ Rockville store who promised to resolve the issue. He put me on hold "to get to a computer" and he just forgot about resolving my issue and never came back on the phone. Called again and nobody was able to help. Called again and computers were down. Call 2X more got same manager saying he cannot resolve the issue cause he doesn't know how. Lesson lead was never in over 4 days to resolve the issue either. Never seen anything like their despicable & atrocious customer service. My view is you will be sorry if you give them your trust.
