The initial impression of the company was very impressive and professional. I had an onsite meeting with John Fehl who came across very pleasant and helpful but at the end of the project, what he told me the company would do, they did not address. I was told that they would remove the crab grass and aerate or soften the ground and it was not done. I put in a complaint and the crab grass was removed only partially. I wanted to plant Zoysia which is a summer grass but by the time my house would be done being built which is at the end of summer, it would not make sense to grow Zoysia and John told me he would do some research to see what could be grown in the interim. He had suggested clover or annual rye grass which he told me the golf courses used in the winter time when the Zoysia dies out. Whatever you do, NEVER PLANT ANNUAL RYE GRASS!!!. It's a horrifically thick, coarse grass. My poor husband has to cut the lawn 3 times in order to cut through it and he has to cut the lawn more often. I spent over $3000 for a grass that I'm praying will stop growing!!!

For six months they said they were coming and then they never showed up . Every time I talked to them they were still coming, but never came or called. Terrible!

We've had issues with getting grass to take on our lawn. We recently had a pool installed and the entire backyard was dirt. From the get go, they were super friendly and very responsive. I dealt with zack, he was very helpful and responsive. We chose to go fas gras option. I was skeptical at first but just like they said, the grass began to grow and flourish in less then 3 weeks.
