Never, EVER come to this office for your insurance needs. It's been 1 month since I contacted the office to have my homeowners policy canceled and a refund issued, I was promised it was canceled and a refund issued, as of today they never canceled my policy and never issued a refund. I have called, emailed, left voice messages to the office and the agent himself, no call back for 1 month!
