        Long time customer. Orders an item, returned for refund, almost 2 weeks later no refund. Since going completely online the customer service has taken a turn for the worst. Ive called several times over several days and no one answer and the call was disconnected each time. I finally speak with a rep they could not provide any information and their attitude was atrocious. Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything else from this site.
