        I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, I was offered something to drink (nice touch) then I was told that at that time the hairstylist was with another client. As I waited, I saw 2 customers arrive, and minutes later they were greeted by the person they had an appointment with. Twenty minutes passed and I was still waiting so I had to ask how much longer. The front desk assistant said "might not be too long, the stylist is still working with her client". I did not have the time to wait so I left disappointed wishing that they had been more attentive and receptive towards a new client.
