        The 311 is a terrible service when you call you to have to deal with rude customer services. You don't get your questions answered and those answers I need is from the County offices. It is terrible to deal with such nonsense. The 311 customer service agent service displayed rudeness and talking over me. It is disgusting that citizens can't talk to city hall when they pay taxes.
