Scott Speier did an outstanding job getting me out of a real estate contract gone bad.  His quick thinking, helpful advice, and top-notch advocacy are the reasons I was able to exit the contract with all of my earnest money and enter into an agreement that much better fit my needs.  After this interaction, I called on him to represent us as the title attorney for our closing on the new home.  Do yourself a favor and look no further.  As a huge bonus, I found him to be very accessible -- especially in time-sensitive matters -- and he is also reasonably priced.  I will come to this law firm for all of my future real estate, estate planning, and family law matters.
