Horrible experience with this group. Been providing the insurance information over and over again but they keep sending the bill and saying they don't have insurance on file.

I don't know who these people are or what they even do, but their process and billing is horrible. I received a letter stating they attended my daughter's birth and they needed ME to negotiate with my insurance company to get the bill reduced. Afterwards, they sent a letter for payment and no info on how to pay. Then I paid through my insurance company and this group did not accept the payment. Almost a year later and I am still trying to get them to accept the payment and stop sending me overdue letters when I already paid. The worst.

The billing department own me thousands dollars since September 2018, but still I have not received my refund yet.

I wish there was a zero star for Pediatrix Medical Group, very rude front desk, too much of hidden fees, never tell you any info about your bill or explaining any things or asking you if you want the service or how much it costs before you do it, as patient you definitely have the right to know before doing any test,I have a very good Insurans and fully met my deductible but yet this place charged so many, believe me 5-6 different charges for one single ultrasound, it seemed any one come to the room to say hi charging over 200$ to me thousands for my insurance, just insane, plus they gave me so much stress for my pregnancy every time I went there coming home crying then going to my OBGYN repeat same ultrasound with no issues that they were telling me, I couldnt enjoy my pregnancy I got so confused didnt know which one to trust my OBGYN was telling me I am fine but Pediatrix Ultrasound doctor was telling me I am going to have premium baby I ended up with full term baby they did no thing just charging and giving me extra stress that I didnt needed it medically. I wish I was avoiding their opinion and just following my OBGYN not have coming back there that much, no I feel it was only making money purpose otherwise I was just okay I needed to go there only once but they make me go back every 2 weeks for no good reason.
