Express Gourmet

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gourmet Express, and I must say that my experience surpassed all expectations. This restaurant truly excels in providing outstanding service, affordable prices, and exceptional quality, making it a top-notch culinary destination. I saw some complaints about having to pay .50 cents more and other bizarre comments. We need to understand about cost fluctuation of ingredients and sourcing and skilled staff and labor costs. There food is very good. Let's help the local business owners and genuinely let them know with any issues. I am sure they will listen.

Great food but I'll never be coming here again. 1:45 I'm told they stop serving lunch. They're just staring at me while I'm waiting for food. Must have been standing here for 5 minutes before I had to ask for help. Yeah overpriced anyways won't be coming back here I see them going out of business soon

I only get a breakfast sandwich and hash brown. It is very very good, but they changed the cheese they use for the sandwich to their breakfast special to cheddar (I assume cheaper and they use less) even though it says 'cheese', not a specific cheese. I asked for American cheese and the owner said I had to pay .50 cents more to get American cheese. I am already paying for cheese. Why do I have to pay more for the cheese you used to use on the sandwich?? Needless to say I am not going back. You are supposed to make your customers happy. She does everything not to do that. She lost yet another customer from our office because of her lack of customer service. Maybe some day you will realize why your business is lacking customers.
