I am so happy that I discovered the Law offices of Richard Rosenblatt ❤! His team is absolutely phenomenal. They are very responsive, caring, competent and know the law, but most importantly, they know how to represent you in any case; be it bankruptcy, divorce or otherwise. They won't nickle and dime you like other firms draining your retainer with every little call or email. Your money truly goes towards winning your case with skillful representation. I actually fired 3 attorneys who depleted me financially. When I turned to Richard Rosenblatt, he made every last penny count and gave me peace of mind in many respects. In 2008 when I lived in Maryland, the Law Offices of Richard Rosenblatt had handled a successful BK for me. Fast forward to now, I live in Florida, and needing to do a Refinancing of my present home, something came up concerning my BK from Maryland, I got in touch with Attorney James Bell, who had taken over the case file of my then BK attorney, who unfortunately no longer work with the firm. Attorney Bell promptly understood what was needed, and expertly helped the mortgage company understand the BK law, and resolved the issue. I was most impressed with the knowledge, the professionalism, and speed of resolution. Richard handled my 3rd DUI and he's a miracle worker! Shockingly, I didn't go to jail and was pleasantly surprised how he handled the seriousness of the matter. Unlike other attorney's he took his time to explain the process and risks so I wasn't nervous for my hearing. Each time I called he took the time to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I would recommend his services to any of my friends and family he's a pit bull in Court!!
