Top notch service with these guys. Went above and beyond with helping me diagnose issues with my Samsung fridge, which is complex to work on and fix. Took two visits and some advice on parts and dealing with Samsung, only charged me for the first one. Gave me practical guidance on replacement versus repair as well. Strongly recommend.

Godfrey came out to service my Maytag refrigerator. He called ahead of the appointment, was on time, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and came back out again when he said he would. From the person who originally scheduled my appointment to the technician who came to my house, I'm very pleased with their efficiency and professionalism. The cost was also reasonable. Happy customer!

They were able to come fix our fridge same day! Other places were 5-10 days out. And their price was $400 less than the next quote (which wouldnt be able to come until 5 days later). The technician knew exactly what to do and brought the fan parts. He even had a spare bulb in his truck, which wasnt a repair discussed beforehand. Very impressed!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We had an issue with our dryer. I had called other repair companies first and they gave us estimates that seemed excessive. Chris did the repair. He was very honest and did a good job. When I realized that one of the parts that he had installed was defective, I called the office. They were courteous and had Chris back to my house in less than an hour to replace the defective part. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. They now have a customer for life.
